We hereby announce that BEUCKE & SÖHNE GmbH & Co. KG has taken over all shares of RAHNING GmbH & Co. KG on 23 February 2017.

 RAHNING GmbH & Co. KG, which is headquartered in Bünde, is a medium-class company with capacities and many years of experience in the production of printed food and non-food packaging that is valued by internationally-renowned customers.

For BEUCKE & SÖHNE GmbH & Co. KG, this acquisition is another important building block in its long-term growth strategy. The acquisition underscores the company’s dedication and strategic commitment to the food industry and to the manufacture of high-quality flexible packaging, expanding with new markets and products and acquiring a strategically important production site.
